During the visit, Borui’s technical staff provided customers with a detailed introduction to the core technologies and application highlights of the ZK600 frequency converter:

The ZK600 supports dual voltage levels of 200V and 400V, compatible with single-phase/three-phase input, with a voltage fluctuation tolerance of ±10%, and short-term tolerance of -15% to +10%, adapting to various power grid environments in Turkey and globally. Output voltage error is less than ±3%, with a frequency range of 0~500Hz, meeting high-precision speed control requirements.
2. Intelligent Control and Fast Response
Utilizing PG-free vector control (SVC), it achieves a wide speed ratio of 1:200, speed control accuracy of ±0.2%, torque response time <10ms, and starting torque up to 180% at 0.5Hz, ensuring smooth motor start-up and efficient operation.
3. Multifunctional Integration and Flexible Configuration
Supports V/F separation, multi-speed operation, built-in PID control, automatic voltage regulation (AVR), and other rich functions. It features intelligent protection mechanisms such as rapid current limiting, overvoltage stall suppression, and precise torque control, significantly improving system stability and energy efficiency.
4. Strong environmental adaptability
The product can operate stably in environments ranging from -10℃ to 40℃, supports derating use at altitudes above 1000 meters, has an IP20 protection rating, and is suitable for various industrial scenarios.
The Turkish customer highly praised the ZK600’s overload capacity (150% for 1 minute, 180% for 10 seconds) and multiple communication interface configurations, particularly its flexibility and reliability for applications such as fans, pumps, and conveyors. During their factory visit, the customer also toured Boray’s automated production line and quality inspection laboratory, giving positive feedback on the company’s end-to-end quality control system from R&D to delivery.
